Graduates in the construction industry deserve recognition for earning their Red Seal just like any other post-secondary student. Each year, ICBA invites our apprentices to walk across the stage, symbolizing their achievements and the hard work required to earn their certification.
At our second annual Red Seal Dinner, we welcomed them, their families, industry colleagues, and instructors for an evening of dinner, drinks, and networking. We captured the event and interviewed graduates and attendees to highlight that a career in the trades is as valid as any other diploma or degree.
