The latest issue of Merit Canada‘s Canadian Construction InSites is out, and it confirms that last year was a good year to be in construction, all across the country.
But construction businesses are also waving red flags about labour shortages, supply chain disruptions, and inflation — which unavoidably translates into higher costs and longer timelines for construction services.
BC leads the nation in expectations for more construction work in 2022, but we’re also facing the worst impact when it comes to labour shortages and government red tape and taxes.
